• Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call volume, conversion rates, etc.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
